How many people can go in the helicopter?

Each helicopter holds up to 6 passengers plus the pilot depending on weight. If any passenger exceeds 250lbs, they will be required to have a blocked seat in the interest of comfort and safety and thus reducing the number of seats available. How do people dress for a helicopter tour?

You should wear what makes you happy and comfortable. We do however recommend that the ladies refrain from very high and pointy heels for the Grand Canyon and Valley of Fire Tour options as the ground is soft and uneven and may be difficult to walk on.

Is it appropriate to tip the pilot?

Pilot gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated.

What happens if there is bad weather?

We have very few weather related cancellations here in Las Vegas. If we are unable to launch the flight due to weather we will do our best to reschedule your event. If you are unable to reschedule we will refund your reservation in full.

What happens if I suffer from motion sickness?

We recommend that those guests who may suffer from motion sickness consult with their physician. We do offer motion sickness products in our gift shop. Motion sickness bags are located onboard the helicopter, your pilot will advise you on their location.

Can I bring children on the helicopter?

Absolutely! Per FAA regulations, children over the age of 2 ARE required to have their own seat and will thus reduce the seats available in the helicopter. Children under the age of 2 can sit on the lap of the parent/wedding guest and will not require an additional seat.
